Fazzio (Vince) and Daniel Simmons (Patricia); her great grandchildren, Spencer Fazzio, Ella Fazzio, Collin Evans and Emily Romines; and her brother Darrel R. Roberts (Karen). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.
