She was predeceased by: her husband Arthur Lee Frazier; her son Arthur Leon Frazier; her grandchild Kerrochelle Johnson; her parents, Simon Hawkins and Murthia Slocum; her siblings, Pearlie Mae Brisco and Melvin Slocum; and her aunt Pearline Griffin.
She is survived by: her children, Nathan Charles, Simon Darnell Frazier and Sholana Michelle Johnson; her siblings, Shirley Jones, Eunice Harris, Jeanie Willis, Linda Wise, Glenda, Rhonda, Walter, Kenneth, Anthony, Calvin Slocum and Shawanda Webber; her godchildren, Murthia Slocum and Michele Lewis; and her son-in-law Henry Johnson. She is also survived by 25 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 from 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the St. Rock Baptist Church (2300 Rochelle St, Harvey, LA 70058). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. FACE MASKS ARE RECOMMENDED.
