She is survived by: her children, Maryann Davis (Robert), Mitch Amorginos (Marsha), John Aven Smith (Pam), Kathy Chisholm (Frank) and Teresa Deemer (Brent); her daughter-in-law Deborah Smith; and her siblings, Margaret "Marge" Syron and Joey Syron. She is also survived by her many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Chapel of Mothe Funeral Home (7040 Lapalco Blvd, Marrero, LA 70072). A burial will be held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Westlawn Memorial Park (1225 Whitney Ave., Terrytown, LA 70056).
