He was predeceased by: his brother John Downey, Jr.. He is survived by: his children, Michele Ann Downey and Mindy D. Pellegrin; his grandson Austin Michael Pellegrin; and his sibling Thomas Downey. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
