He is survived by: his wife Tanya C. Harper; his children, Quentin Harper, Ebony Wilson, Courtney Harper and Ashlin Harper; his mother Dorothy S. Harper; and his sister Danielle H. Weber. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren and a host other relatives and friends.
