She is survived by: her children, Linda Waite (Gary), David Verdin (Lupe), Daniel Verdin (Angela) and Glenn Verdin (Shellie); and her sister Etta Dean Long. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 19th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Mothe Funeral Homes (7040 Lapalco Blvd, Marrero, LA 70072). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 19th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Chapel of Mothe Funeral Home (7040 Lapalco Blvd, Marrero, LA 70072).
