He was predeceased by: his father Garfield Williams; his grandparents, Wilbert Noel, Sr. and Minnie Bell Noel; and his aunts and uncles, Berdia Nelson, Carey Frazier, Wilbert Noel, Jr. and Willie C. Noel.
He is survived by: his spouse Kim Marie Williams; his children, Latasha Curtis, Richard Earl Ratliff, Richell Jones, Earl Reginald Jones (Larise) and Keima Ann Jones; his stepchildren, Keywanda Diggs (Kevin), Eric Jones (Kristy), Ingrid Jones, Kennesha Jones, Ashley Jones Gaddis (Leroy) and Keyonkia Jones; his mother Maggie Williams; and his sisters, Dianne Williams (Calvin) and Eunice Williams. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 3 nieces, 3 nephews, and a host of great nieces, great nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
