He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Dufrene and Pearl Dufrene; and his sister Deborah Robin (Alvin). He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Guillot Dufrene; his children, Brett Dufrene Prejeant (late Scott), Eva Dufrene Matherne (Steven), Rickie James Dufrene (Dollie) and Richie Joseph Dufrene (Michelle); his grandchildren, Marisa, Carisa, Pete, Brooke, Collin Matherne, Ellie, Elijah Dufrene, Lilliana and Elena Dufrene; his great grandchildren, Mya, Tayson and Mason; and his siblings, Daniel Dufrene (Cheryl), Ronald "Rocky" Dufrene (Norene) and Wanda Bailleaux (late Paul). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and close friends.
