He was predeceased by: his sister Anita Powers (Leon); and his parents, Sidney J. Billiot and Magnolia Chaisson Billiot. He is survived by: his wife Rosemae Cazabon Billiot; his children, Glenda Billiot Jensen (Jerry), Roger John Billiot, Jr. (Mary), Troy Anthony Billiot (Colleen) and Kim Billiot Ellis (Duke); his grandchildren, Jenny Bealer (Eddie), Roger C. Billiot, Kelli Brewer (Mark), Troy Billiot, Jr. (Joslyn), Tray Billiot, Tony Billiot, Chasity Billiot (Adam), Alissa, Duke Ellis (Jacqueline) and Drake Ellis (De'lynne); his siblings, Thomas Billiot, Bill Billiot, Enola Longo (Johnny), Clifton Billiot (Bonnie), George Billiot, Sidney D. Billiot, Charles Billiot (Barbara) and Eugene Billiot; his daughter-in-law Mary; and his aunts, Dolores Adams (Butch), Cathy Parfait (Charles) and Jesse Mancos (Ana). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.

All guests will be required to wear a face mask at all times, during the visitation and Mass.
