He was predeceased by: his parents, William A. Brown, Jr. and Elsie Olivier Brown; his wife Julie Laizer Brown; and his siblings, Sandra Jenkins (Charles), Billie Jean Chaisson (Gary) and Timothy Brown (Gwynne).

He is survived by: his children, Arlene Madonia (Jason), Michael Brown (Stacey), Sharon Brown, Susan Brown (Brandon Enloe) and Brian Brown (Samantha); and his grandchildren, Sam Brown, Emily Brown, Jeremy Brown, Jacob Silvestri, Dustin Vides and Alesio Parodi. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
