She was predeceased by: her parents, Winnie Pereira and Burk Pereira; and her brother Jack Pereira. She is survived by: her spouse Amilcar Pineda Sr.; her children, Doris Ann Tatum (Martin), Amilcar "Junior" Pineda, Jr. (Monica) and Clint Pineda, Sr. (Holly); her siblings, John Pereira, Burke Pereira, Ruth Cooper and Harry Pereira; her grandchildren, Gabriele Jackson (Frank), Garrett Tatum (Emily), Shea Pineda, Clint Pineda, Jr. and Cohen Pineda; and her great grandchildren, Gage Jackson, Giana Jackson, Armelia Tatum and Camilla Tatum. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Harvey - Mothe Funeral Homes (2100 Westbank Expy, Harvey, LA 70058). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Mothe Funeral Home (2100 Westbank Expy, Harvey, LA 70058). A burial will be held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Westlawn Memorial Park (1225 Whitney Ave., Terrytown, LA 70056).
