She was predeceased by: her father Luther J. Dufrene Sr.; and her sister Sarah Delgadillo (late Bill Delgadillo). She is survived by: her children, Joshua Chiasson, Jennifer Chiasson and Jadd Chiasson (Melissa); her grandchildren, Draven of Joshua, J. R., Donovan (Frankie), Kaidence, Kaileigh and Jace; her mother Rita Nell Matherne Dufrene; and her siblings, Luther Dufrene Jr. (Altheia), Dewey Dufrene (Bonnie), Darlene Barraco, Darrell Dufrene (late Tonnia) and Val Dufrene (Jon Young). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Christian Fellowship Church (5049 Ehret Rd, Marrero, LA 70072). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
