She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Hughes and Mearl Baudean Hughes; and her sisters, Diane Gullo, Sandra Blanchard and Debbie Fremin.

She is survived by: her husband Gerald Richard; her children, Lori Mathieu (Tony) and David Richard; and her grandchildren, Avery, Aubrey Coggins and Andrew Richard (Kaitlin). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
