He is survived by: his children, Diane Ballard (Mike), Melissa Victoriano and Stephen Rigaud, III (Brandi); his grandchildren, Hailey V. Jackson (Dillon), Bryce Victoriano, Brileigh Rigaud, Braelin Rigaud, Carter Rigaud, Creedon Rigaud and Jordan Rigaud; his great grandchild Blythe Jackson; and his brothers, Arthur Rigaud Sr. (late Margaret "Honey Bee"), Donald Rigaud (Mary) and Eugene Rigaud (Elizabeth). He is also survived by many loving relatives and friends.
