He is survived by: his wife Laurie; his siblings, Samuel "Sammy" Lee Thompson (Judy), Wansley Lucille Thompson, Wanda Louise Hall and Anne Christine Maddox (Billy); his daughter Ashly Michelle; his pet Jethro Bodine; and his cousins, Peggy and Patty.
