He is survived by: his wife Evelyn "Dora" Boothe O'Neal; his son David E. O'Neal (Kelli) of Gulfport, MS.; his grandsons, Justin O'Neal (Kara) and Logan O'Neal; and his sister Nancy Altman (Ron) of Niceville, FL. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
