Velma touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Leon J. Plaisance and Maggie Orgeron Plaisance; her husband Floyd Gros, Sr.; her former husband Jerry J. Clulee; her son Warren Clulee (Lynn); her stepsons, Ray Gros (Beryl) and Kirk Gros (Sandra); and her siblings, Forest Plaisance, Raymond Plaisance, Warren Plaisance, Rita Plaisance, Winnie Mae Bouffanie and Elsie Dufrene.
She is survived by: her children, Barry Clulee, John Clulee, Sr. and Elaine C. Patterson (late Tim); and her stepsons, Floyd Gros, Jr. and Dennis Gros (Mary Ann). She is also survived by 16 grandchildren and many great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, November 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery.
