She was predeceased by: her parents, Elvin Pate and Lucinda Boyd Pate. She is survived by: her children, Irvin Stewart, Jr. (Faith), Valerie Davis, Sr. (Kevin), Ron Stewart, Sr. (Cynthia), Veronica Payton Sr. (Kiran), Aubrey (Keya), Tracey, Gregory, Dominique Johnson of Marrero, LA and Jonathan Johnson of Manassas, VA; and her siblings, Elvin Pate Jr. (Irma), Elder Jesse (Patricia), Carol (Larry) and Williams of Marrero, LA. She is also survived by 24 beautiful grandchildren, four great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
