It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vinnie Page Hardieway of Marrero, Louisiana, born in Camden, Mississippi, who passed away on June 22, 2022, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her spouse Jimmie Hardaway, Sr.; her daughter Dorothy G. Hardieway; her parents, Lemon Page and Emma Hargon; and her brother Emmett Page of Elliot Page, J. L.
She is survived by: her children, Jimmie Hardaway, Jr., Milton C. Hardaway, Freddie L. Hardaway, Delores Hardieway and Clark E. Hardieway; and her siblings, Molly Ross, Clementine Page, Murray and Callie Evans. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
