He is survived by: his wife Ophelia Gisclair; his children, Wilbert Boudreaux (Tess Breaux) and Karen Perez (Jason, Sr.); his grandchildren, Dylan Miller (Caroline), Macey Boudreaux, Ethan Boudreaux, Jason Perez, Jr. (Christa) and Jared Perez (Allie); his great grandchildren, Malina Perez, Poppy Miller and Shepherd Miller; his sisters, Geraldine Comardelle, Janet Boudreaux, Judy Prewitt and Cynthia Trinks; and his brother-in-law Al Boudreaux (Ann). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
