He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Howard Phillips Sr. and Sylvia Adams Phillips; his wife Connie Courville Phillips; his brothers, Henry Howard Phillips Jr. "Chief" and John Louis Phillips; and his children, Candie Phillips Fos (Timothy), Chantel Marie Phillips, Misti Schroth Belsome and John Henry Schroth.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Gage Fos (Cassidy), Jenna Dove (Andrew), Corey Wilkinson, Taylor Fos, Abagail Ard (Caleb) and Samantha Cooper; his great grandchildren, Audrina Fos, Baylen Fos and Ryder Salles; his significant other Doris Dugas; his partner's children, Jamie Baer and Chaise Dore; his grandchildren, Tyler Dugas, Chaise Dore Jr., Carter Dore and Carsyn Dore; his sister-in-law Carolyn Phillips; and also Miller Lites.
