He is survived by: his wife Blanche Louise Ford Diehl; his son David Christopher Diehl (Kimberlyn); his grandson Benjamin Lawrence Diehl; and his siblings, Harold J. Diehl, Jr. (Mary), Michael W. Diehl (Vivian), Gene P. Diehl (Toni), Carolyn Diehl Bulot (Michael) and Robert J. Diehl. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and a host of great-nieces and great-nephews.
