He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Susan Smith; his daughters, Althea Sellers, Wendy Diamond, Kristy Billiot (Horace Jr.) and Nicole Verrett (Bobby II); his parents, Althea Smith and Lawrence Smith (Pop); his brothers, Richard "Richie" Smith (Sandy), Anthony Smith (Ethel) and Larry Smith (Carol); and his stepmother Sarah Smith. He was also cherished by 11 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, and 6 step-siblings.
