He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Cotton of DeRidder, LA; his sons, Kevin Dale Cotton (Leah) and Keith Cotton; his stepchildren, Wendy Lewis, BJ, Heather Merideth, Mikie Merideth, Ricky Merideth and Christina Thomas; his sister Marshal Miller; his son Justin; and his grandchildren, Corbin Cotton, Kristen Cotton and Marissa Cotton. He is also survived by twenty-three step grandchildren; six great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
