He is survived by: his wife Julia Locke Adams; his children, Zane Adams, Jr. (Ashley), David Adams (Kate), Phillip Adams (Fangyi), Amos Adams, Jacob Adams (Rachel), Lindie Pittman (Lloyd), Erin Toups (Perry) and Melissa Seely (Gerry); his grandchildren, Anthony, Joseph, Ezra, Everly, Jane, Emily, Dylan, Perry, Jr., Sarah, Mike, Chris and Ashlyn; and his sisters, Roxye Young (Steve) and Shirley Samson (Rick). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
