She was predeceased by: her husband Carroll Comeaux; her parents, Bertha Broussard Montet and Philip Montet; and her daughter-in-law Kathy Comeaux. She is survived by: her children, Phyllis C. Clark (Ricky Clark) of Maurice, Marty Comeaux of Leroy and Richard Comeaux (Carolyn) of Maurice; her grandchildren, Ashley Clark (Heather) of Maurice, Amber Clark of Maurice, Nia Jones, Cody Comeaux (Danielle) of Milton, Donnell Comeaux and Rogell Comeaux; her great grandchildren, Kai Comeaux, Jackson Stoute, Bryson Lege, Molly Menard, Shane Broussard, Julia Broussard and Eli Comeaux; and her siblings, Jeanette Montet Leger, Beverly Montet Trahan and Curtis Montet of Maurice. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, August 22nd 2026 from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Cypress Funeral Home & Crematory (206 W Lafayette St, Maurice, LA 70555). A rosary was held on Saturday, August 22nd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, August 22nd 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the St. Alphonsus Catholic Church (8700 Maurice Ave, Maurice, LA 70555). An entombment was held on Saturday, August 22nd 2026 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the St. Alphonsus Catholic Cemetery (8700 Maurice Ave, Maurice, LA 70555).
