She is survived by: her sons, Chuck Cook (Sylvia) and Chris Cook; her grandchildren, Hunter, Kristina, Katie and Kristin; her sibling's children, Lisa R. Hawking (Sam) and James "Jim" L. Richard II (Elaine); and her great-nephews, James "Jimmy" L. Richard, III and Barrett Richard.
