She is survived by : her sons, Chuck Cook (Sylvia) and Chris Cook; her grandchildren, Hunter, Kristina, Katie and Kristin; her niece Lisa R. Hawking (Sam); her nephew James "Jim" L. Richard II (Elaine); and her great-nephews, James "Jimmy" L. Richard, III and Barrett Richard.
