He is survived by: his wife Annie Savoy Picard; his daughters, Darlene Picard Abshire (Lawrence) and Lynette Picard; his granddaughters, Erica Abshire and Lauren Abshire Page (Jacob); and his great grandchildren, Rhyan Dubois, Ainsley Page, Juliette Page and Beckett Arceneaux. He is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews.
