Memorial Services will be held at 4:00 pm on Sunday, May 18, 2025 in Delhomme Funeral Home - Maurice for Paul Drake Stelly, 37, who passed away on May 12, 2025.
Drake's greatest joy came from being a father, his children were his proudest achievements, whether they were building lego cities, embarking on imaginary quests or watching super hero movies together. He cherished every moment. He will be remembered for his sharp wit, generous heart, and his ability to find the magic in the smallest things. He taught us that life is best lived with curiosity, creativity, and a dash of geeky passion.
He is survived by his mother, Michelle Manuel Stelly; wife, Faith Stelly; children, Talan Stelly and Izabelle Stelly and their mother, Taylor Stelly; step-son, Lucas; siblings, Jami Jenkins and husband, Dallas, Tiffani Babineaux and husband, Jared, and Jeremy Stelly; maternal grandfather, Dudley A. Manuel and wife, Bonita, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, Paul Kirk Stelly; maternal grandmother, Genella Fuselier Manuel and paternal grandparents, Leon and Elsie Stelly.
The family requests that the visiting hours be observed at Delhomme Funeral Home - Maurice on Sunday, May 18, 2025 from 1:00 pm until the time of service.
The family requests any donations be made to the Healing House, 160 S. Beadle Road, Lafayette, Louisiana, 70508 in Drake's memory.
