He is survived by: his son Trey Sinclair Perry (Emily Ruth); his grandsons, Titus and Timothy Perry; and his siblings, David Perry (Liz), Peter Perry, Gregory Perry, Melanie P. Donavan (Dallas), Mark Perry (Dorothy), Ernest Perry, Phillip Perry (Becky), Stephan Perry, Nathan Perry and Julie Perry.
