He is survived by: his wife Barbara S. Parent; his sons, J. Guy Parent (Jeanne) of Youngsville, Brian N. Parent (Lori) of Cedar Park, TX and Dustin C. Parent of Judice; his grandchildren, Kailyn, Katherine, Brennan and Sophia; and his nephews, Chad Fuselier (Michelle) and Byron Fuselier (Raissa). He is also survived by nieces & nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, May 23rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Saturday, May 24th 2025 from 8:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Delhomme Funeral Home - Maurice (200 Chief H Fred Ave, Maurice, LA 70555). A rosary was held on Friday, May 23rd 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, May 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Basil Catholic Church (1803 Duhon Rd, Duson, LA 70529). A burial was held on Saturday, May 24th 2025 at the same location.
