He is survived by: his daughter Miranda Trahan (Doris, Jr.); his grandchildren, Micah, Myah and Drew; his son Cedric Istre (Tracy); his grandchildren, Brittni, Josh, Ethan, Madison, Christian and Michael; his son Brandon Istre (Valerie); his grandchildren, Colby, Victoria, Alexander and Gracie; his child Tregg Istre; his grandchildren, Avery, Braeden, Isabella, Gabrielle, Olivia, London, Elodie and Emerie; his daughter Kimberly Istre; his grandsons, Malachi, Noah, Gabriel and Brady; his daughter Michelle Hall (Joseph, Jr.); his grandchildren, Logan and Ella; his daughter Rachel Broussard (Luke); his grandchild Loni; his siblings, Bonnie Dugas, Kenneth Istre (Becky), Ricky Istre (Darla) and Lois Seaux (Lane); his sister-in-law Faye Istre; and his great grandchildren, Carter, Cove, Anayla, Ava, Stetson and Milyah Bea.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 29th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Monday, June 30th 2025 from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Miguez Funeral Home - Jennings (114 E Shankland Ave, Jennings, LA 70546). A burial will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 1:45 PM at the Mermentau Memorial Cemetery.
