He was predeceased by : his father Johnnie Johnson. He is survived by : his mother Ruby Perry Johnson; his siblings, Rhonda McNabb (Richard), John Johnson, Jr. (Connie), Mike Johnson and Kevin Johnson (Katina); and his aunt Betty Viator. He is also survived by extended family and friends.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 11th 2024 from 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the Miguez Funeral Home - Jennings (114 E Shankland Ave, Jennings, LA 70546). A burial was held on Thursday, April 11th 2024 at 10:15 AM at the Mermentau Memorial Cemetery.
