He is survived by: his wife Alicia Carpenter-Smith; his children, Rachel Robert (Jordan), Amber Kobrock (Jeff), Richard "Richie" Robert (Anna), Alysa Palmisano, Sidney David, Johnny Fullerton Jr. of Dennis, Dennis “DJ” Thrasher, Klya Palmisano, Dillan Stiglet, Katherine Smith and Jacob Smith; his grandchildren, Ross, Ja'Corey of Adela, LJ, Remi, Sarah, Azriella, Charlee Kay, Dakota and Brayson; and his siblings, Terry Plaisance (Garrett), Sheldon Walker, Brian Chandles (Jessica) and David Smith (Sommer). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
