With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Audrey Frances Bauer (Metairie, Louisiana), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 27, 2025 at the age of 95. She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Fiorenza and Angeline Tusa Fiorenza; her sisters, Theresa Palmisano (Anthony) and Rosalie Biggio (Louis); and her brothers-in-law, Rudolph Bauer (Joyce) and Ralph LeBoeuf.
She is survived by: her daughters, Beth Gardner (Thomas) and Gwen Bylsma (late David); her grandchildren, Lauren Bylsma, Melissa Bylsma Bauer (Jake), Danielle Gardner Silva (William), Erik Bylsma (Robin) and Rebecca Gardner Roussel (Ryan); her great grandchildren, Melanie Little, Erik Bylsma Jr., Ellis Bauer Jr., David Bauer, William Silva Jr. (Liam) and Jean-Luc Roussel; and her sister-in-law Hortense LeBoeuf.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 9:30 AM at the Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home (4747 Veterans Memorial Blvd, Metairie, LA 70006). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
