He was predeceased by: his parents, Gladys Bruning Blaney and Bernard F. Blaney Sr.; his sister Cynthia M. Blaney; and his brother-in-law Malcom S. Esquerre Jr.. He is survived by: his sister Brenda B. Esquerre; his nephews, Malcom S. "Trey" Esquerre III and Corey J. Esquerre; his niece Cynthia A. Esquerre; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Dallas C. Blackford and Christian L. Durbin.
