It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bertha Mae Methe (Metairie, Louisiana), who passed away on May 10, 2022, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Horace A. Mims; her husband Erwin Louis Methe, Sr.; and her siblings, Paul D. Mims, Millard M. Mims, Velma M. Robichaux, Johnny R. Mims, Odet and Vivian Mims.
She is survived by: her children, Erwin L. Methe, Jr. (Elaine), Barbara M. Dyer (George) and Edward K. Methe (Sally). She is also survived by her 10 Grandchildren, 15 Great-Grandchildren, 3 Great Great-Grandchildren; along with numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
However, a donation can also be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in lieu of flowers, if you prefer.
