He is survived by: his sons, Christopher Whitley and Charles Whitley, Jr.; his stepdaughter Mandy Tibo (Jesse); his sisters, Lana Manchester (Dale) and Lisa Vinson (Raymon); his nieces and nephews, Monica Nastasi, Alexis Vinson, Cierra Comeaux, Damien Manchester and Kurtis Nastasi (Brittany); his grandchildren, Lily Tibo and Logan Tibo; and his brother-in-law Kenny Comeaux (Carmen).
Visitation was held on Sunday, October 18th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Memories Funeral Home and Cemetery (4900 Airline Dr, Metairie, LA 70001).
