She is survived by: her children, Deborah Clair Starr of Metairie and Richard Howard Starr (Suzanne) of Brentwood, TN.; her grandchildren, Kristin Bourne, Amy Siltanen, Katie Starr, Kyle Starr and Brett Starr; and her great grandchildren, Jackson Bourne, Gracie Bourne, Patterson Bourne and Hayden Cavanaugh-Starr. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
