She was predeceased by: her parents, James Dyer and Catherine Dyer of San Diego, California.. She is survived by: her husband Gary Kaplan; her stepson Adam Liuzza (Amanda); her grandchildren, Olivia and Anthony; her stepson Gene Perez, Jr. (Rhea); her grandchildren, Dee, Trevor and Rylee; her brother-in-law Mike Kaplan (Cassie); and her nieces and nephews, Josh Kaplan (Suzanne), Heather Head (Marvin) and Baliee Kaplan (Amy).
