He was predeceased by: his parents, William Bailey (Bill) and Carmen Bailey; his son Donald Ray Bailey II (Donna); and his brothers, Curtis and John Lewis Bailey.
He is survived by: his wife Anne Petrovich Bailey; his daughter Nicole DiCharia (Paul); and his grandchildren, Justin, Jessica, Juliette, Joseph DiCharia, Shelby, Lauren Johnson, Brandon and Courtney Bailey. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
