He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Bell; his children, Edgar Bell II (Crystal), Douglas Bell, Kenneth Bell (Robin) and Crystal Bell; his grandchildren, Nadia Bell, Ashleigh Bell, Cameron Bell, Austin Bell and Tullah Bell; his great grandchildren, Anthony, Ayce Bell, TJ, Trenton and Micah; and his siblings, Margaret Lockwood (Richard), Charles Bell, Arthur Orcutt, Deborah Burnett (Roy), Brenda Burnett, Arnold Bell (Becca) and Linda Bell.
