She was predeceased by: her son Terrance Clinton Smith, Jr. of Metairie, LA; her parents, Kathleen Nora Emma James and Cyril James of Colchester; and her brother David John James of Colchester, England.. She is survived by: her daughter Deborah Chopin (Terence) of Jefferson, LA; and her granddaughters, Emily Nicole Chopin and Sarah Kate Chopin.
