He is survived by: his children, Stephen Halbert, Barry Halbert (Jenny) and Julie Halbert Hover (Kenny); his grandchildren, Paige, Matthew Cohn, Amanda Hullum (Josh), Rebecca Halbert, Luke Halbert, Lacey Sims and Jessica Oetter (Simon); and his great grandchildren, Jacob, Timothy and James.
