She was predeceased by: her husband Albert A. Strain, Jr.; her parents, Ophelias Babineaux and Elsie Simoneaux Babineaux; and her siblings, Otis Babineaux (Mildred), Henry Otto Babineaux (Anite), Wilfred Babineaux (Rachel), Octave Babineaux, Eloise Broussard (Leon), Rita B Hebert (Harris) and Nita B Dubos (Clarence).
She is survived by: her children, David Strain (Andra) and Janet Strain Caminita (Willie); and her grandsons, William Nicholas Caminita and Christopher Caminita. She is also survived by her many nieces and nephews.
