He is survived by: his wife Janis Fortune Collins; his sons, Rory Collins, Mark Collins, CJ Collins and Erik Collins; his grandchildren, Amanda Collins, Chase Collins, Corey Collins, Devin Collins, Megan Jackson, Sylvie Collins, Nate Collins, Owen Collins and Aaron Collins; and his sibling's children, Erin Hadden, Pierre Gaudin Jr., Hilary Gaudin and Andre Gaudin.
