He was predeceased by: his parents, Odi Moises and Edward Moises; and his pet Taxi. He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Raymond; his sons, Christian (Stephanie) and Cameron (Kathleen); his grandson John; and his siblings, Mary, Giselle, Marlene (Brian), Eddie and James. He is also survived by three nieces and three nephews.
In lieu of flowers, Francis requested to have donations made to De La Salle High School of New Orleans or a Parkinson's or dementia organization of your choice.
