He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Archie Coullard and Marion Coullard (Robicheaux); his siblings, Glenn Coullard (Debi), Janet Blandino (Michael) and Jane Pilant (Ray); his wife Carolyn Coullard (Peltier); and his children, Joan Guthrie (Richard), Janette Payne (Paul), John Coullard and James Coullard (Leigh). He was also cherished by 10 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family welcomes donations to the LASPCA as an expression of sympathy and in memory of Gary Paul Coullard.
