He is survived by: his wife Gail Schaff Hoffman; his children, Sandra Hollis Henderson (Tanya), George Joseph Hoffman, Jr. (Michele), Donna Pellerin (Spellman) and Ryan Anthony Hoffman (Tammy); his stepchildren, Debra Seeger (Don), Michelle Carrier (Kevin) and Steven Sales; his siblings, Diana T. Angelo and Raymond Leonard Hoffman; his grandchildren, Drew Hollis (Victoria), Victoria DeRoche (Joshua), Angelle Hayes (Tanner), Spellman Pellerin III (Ashlynn), Delaney Hoffman and Jace Hoffman; his great grandchildren, Heidi Hollis, Daisy Hollis, Lily Griffin Curtis, Sawyer DeRoche, Slade DeRoche, Audri Hayes, Levi Hayes and Paisley Pellerin; his siblings-in-law, Josephine Baiamonte Mott, Diane Baiamonte Luparello (Lester), Deborah Atchley Baiamonte, Theresa Baiamonte Raffray (George) and Michael Baiamonte (Florence); and his godchildren, Michele Angelo and Dale Luparello.
