She was predeceased by: her husband Rocky Jacobs Sr.; her parents, Laurier Perry and Rosalie Costello; and her siblings, Raymond Perry, Robert Perry, JoAnn Frichtric, Gerry Perry and Josie Huey.
She is survived by: her sons, Rocky Jacobs Jr. of River Ridge, Armando Jacobs of Metairie and Jason Jacobs of Metairie; her grandchildren, Luke Jacobs, Meadow Jacobs and Rory Jacobs; and her sisters, RoseAnn Spindel, Mary Hannan and Diane Lewis. She is also survived by several Nieces, Nephews and Cousins.
